QHCT week at Maviflex

What is QHCT ?

Formerly known as QWL in the French Labour Code, QHCT has been in use since 31 March 2022.

Quality of Life and Working Conditions therefore takes into account not only employees’ quality of life, but also their working conditions.

The Quality of Life and Working Conditions approach therefore encompasses and designates the actions taken by a private or public organisation to create a working environment that promotes employee health and contributes to the positive development of overall business performance.

This approach is based on 6 themes :

• Professional and social dialogue
• Organisation, content and performance of work
• Health at work
• Skills and career paths
• Equality at work
• Company project and management

Actions undertaken by Maviflex in 2023 & 2024 :

For several years now, we have been taking steps to improve the quality of life and working conditions of our employees as part of our QWL approach. In 2023 – 2024, we will be taking a number of initiatives:

• New offices: 800m² of modern, user-friendly space
• New meeting rooms
• New refectories: comfortable, relaxing spaces for a healthier lunch break
• Provision of electric bikes for hire and recharging points to encourage eco-mobility

QHCT week at Maviflex :

QHCT week, which runs from 17 to 21 June, is just around the corner. We are offering our teams a number of workshops and activities to mark the week.

• Mobility exercises and good posture at work to relieve physical pain with Benoît from the company Soyez Actif.
• Personalised nutritional advice from dietician Laure Garandet
• Presentation of Maréchal Fraicheur‘s services and tasting of their food baskets
• Green On will be on hand to help you get to grips with electric bikes
• Eye Yoga” workshop, with Laurence from Vima Yoga, offering exercises to combat eye muscle fatigue.
