What is an industrial internal high-speed door?

An industrial internal high-speed door is a device specially designed for indoor environments that require rapid opening and closing. There are two main types of industrial high-speed doors.

The roll-up system

This type of door is mainly intended to close two enclosed rooms within an industrial space. It consists of a flexible curtain that rolls around an axis, allowing for quick opening and closing.

This system offers several advantages, such as compact installation, impact resistance, effective thermal and sound insulation, as well as high durability.

The stacking system

This high-speed door is designed for openings where there is contact with the outside. It consists of several panels that stack up when opening, thus offering rapid opening and minimal space requirements.

This type of door offers advantages such as excellent sealing, optimal thermal and sound insulation, as well as weather resistance.

Both of these industrial internal high-speed door systems offer effective solutions to meet the specific needs of industrial environments, ensuring rapid opening and closing, as well as quality thermal and sound insulation.

Maviroll, the roll-up door designed for indoor environments

It offers quick opening and closing while ensuring optimal thermal and sound insulation.

Maviclean, the high-speed flexible door ideal for clean environments

A high-speed flexible door ideal for clean environments, such as clean rooms. It guarantees maximum sealing while allowing for quick opening and closing.

Mavicold, the high-speed flexible door designed for cold environments

A high-speed flexible door designed for cold environments, such as cold rooms. It ensures optimal thermal insulation and rapid opening/closing, while guaranteeing the maintenance of necessary temperatures.

Mavione, the economical high-speed flexible door

An economical high-speed flexible door, offering an affordable solution without compromising on quality and performance.

It meets the needs of industrial environments by ensuring rapid opening and closing, as well as effective thermal and sound insulation.

What are the advantages of Maviflex internal high-speed doors?

Maviflex internal high-speed doors offer numerous advantages for various applications, such as distribution, cold rooms, industry, and clean rooms.

They are designed to ensure optimal safety thanks to the presence of numerous presence sensors distributed along their structure, as well as contact sensors that allow the door to lift in case of contact with people or objects.

Maviflex internal high-speed doors, particularly the Maviroll, Maviclean, and Mavione models, are equipped with an integrated water-resistant control cabinet (IP65 standards). This exclusive Maviflex innovation is perfectly suited for the food industry and clean room sectors, where humidity and frequent washing are common. The cabinet is integrated into the door posts and can be controlled via a display screen and control buttons.

The automatic door closing system saves time by keeping the door closed longer. This reduces temperature variations between different areas.

Moreover, the doors are available in a variety of colors and can be customized according to preferences, particularly in terms of colors, prints, and size (see the Mavision service, offered by Maviflex).

Maviflex doors are manufactured with high-quality materials, offering great durability. Their structure is made of galvanized steel with an epoxy polyester powder coating, and there is also a stainless-steel version available. They benefit from triple insulation (thermal and acoustic) and their curtain is made of 100% fire-resistant polyester (category M2), with anti-UV and anti-mold protection.

Maviflex internal doors have a closing speed of 0.5 m/s and an opening speed of up to 2 m/s, while ensuring user safety. Their production circuit is entirely carried out in France in Lyon, which demonstrates Maviflex’s commitment to the quality and traceability of its products.

Furthermore, Maviflex is a committed company that adheres to strict standards. Its doors comply with ISO quality standards and the company has CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) labels that attest to its commitment to social and environmental responsibility.
