Actions undertaken by Maviflex

For several years now, Maviflex has been taking steps to improve the quality of life and working conditions of its employees.
Here is a list of the actions implemented by the company:

• Flexible working hours, telecommuting, 15-minute paid breaks per day, parental and grandparental contracts.
• Employee health care: company-paid single-plan health insurance, participation in local supplier baskets.
• Sharing and conviviality: company evenings, workshops led by employees.
• In a few months’ time, Maviflex will set up an area dedicated to electric bikes, to enable its employees to travel in a more environmentally-friendly way, reducing their CO2 emissions.
• A new, more modern meeting room has been designed to promote conviviality and create an environment conducive to exchanges.
